Bio:
It's not about me, it's about you.

What would your bio say? Where are you at right now?

Know 'your'self... and I'll keep working towards knowing myself.

It's all we can do...
General Information:
It was during my first ten-day Vipassana course that I was inspired to write all that I have written in these two volumes. From the very beginning it came to me as a trilogy, but only the first was to be biographical. I was half way through that first volume when unexpected events altered my path, and writing took a back seat for the next 18 months. As briefly chronicled in volume two, a solo hiking trip to the Himalayas afforded me much writing time, and my account of that experience had a number of friends asking if I'd written anything else. I shared the half-story I had, and re-reading what I'd written, plus some kind words of encouragement, stirred my passion and desire to write more. Confessions of a Serial Meditator was uploaded to this site ten weeks later.

'Adventures' of a Wannabe Buddha began with a similar stuttering start, until I drew a line through it, and continued from where I was really at... Over 100,000 words later - where did they come from? - 'Trials' of a Wannabe Buddha is complete; ready for anyone who is themselves ready... ready to jump in at the deep end, with an open mind, heart and soul.

We're getting there. All of us. Or at least those of us with the open minds, hearts and souls. Let's leave the trenches behind, and let The Light lead The Way.

* I have re-uploaded 'Confessions of a Serial Meditator' with numerous, but probably not all, typos corrected.

***(added 11/12/16) The Trilogy is complete!! Vipassana III - Impermanence: To Live and To Die. A fantastical tale, or a true story (that just hasn't happened yet)?

Vipassana III - Impermanence: To Live and To Die : Volume Three

By: Anonymous

This is a true story. It hasn’t happened yet, but it will. Sooner than you think. Don’t fear it, welcome it: it is for the best. Are you one of them? One of the best? Will you make it? Will you choose to live or to die? Or more’s to the point, can you accept life in all its guises, and still be enthusiastic about it? If not, then you may as well be dying. In fact you already are. The world, as you know it, may end, but the Earth won’t die, so why should you? Wouldn...
