RLV College of Music and Fine Arts is one of three dedicated Music college and a prominent fine arts college in Kerala. It is situated in Tripunithura, Cochin, Kerala and is affiliated to the Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. The other two music colleges are Swathi Thirunal College of Music, Trivandrum and Chembai Memorial Government Music College, Palghat. As of 2012-13, the principal of this institution is Prof. M. Balasubramoniam. [1]

History

The RLV College moved to a new campus as the riverside location where it operated for more than half a century was returned to the Cochin Royal Family.
