The 59th Annual Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards were held at the Shrine Auditorium on September 8, 2007, and were hosted by comedian-actor Carlos Mencia. The ceremony was broadcast a week later on September 15 on E!, the night before the Primetime telecast on FOX.
