Jiegao (姐告) is a town in southern China near the border with Myanmar. It is near Ruili and Mengmao and is part of Yunnan province.

Jiegao is located with a river separating it with a finger of Myanmar land extending eastward.

A railway link between the China system and the Myanmar system was proposed in 2009. One possible route connects to the Myanmar railhead at Lashio.

There is a bus direct from Kunming which takes 12 hours, via Baoshan, and goes along the old Burma Road (G320).

The nearest airport is in Mangshi, two hours to the north, and it receives daily flights from Kunming in around 50 minutes.[1]
